Greetings from the Tuna capital, Gen. Santos City. I am Arlene C. Pading, never mind yrs. old, married & with 3 children.

Hurray!!! At last I finally passed the NCLEX-RN that I took last Dec. 20, 2006! You were an instrument to this
because I took NCLEX 2x before this but I failed. I reviewed once in one of the review center in Davao City prior to my
2 exams. But when I failed what I did was I enrolled in your review center in Manila on Feb. 2005 for the intensive review
& Mar. 2005 for the final coaching while I was 4 mos. pregnant. I thought I could sked the NCLEX exam right after the review
para fresh pa ang ni-review ko sa inyo.

Sir, nanganak na lang ako, lumaki na ang bebe ko at ngayon ay one & a half yrs old na sya! But what I did was I just kept
reading your ABC's, your lectures with us, Q&A modules/hand outs you gave. Paulit2x kung binasa hanggang finally e malapit
na akong mag-exam. Di pa rin ako kuntento dinala ko pa hanggang Hong Kong and ABC's at binasabasa.

Sa Hong Kong ako nag-exam. Paglabas ko pa lang sa pinto ng Pearsonvue examination center sir ang gaan2x ng aking pakiramdam.
Nasabi ko sa sarili ko na - THIS IS IT! THIS IS REALLY IS IT! True to my feelings I really made it.

With your preseverance to help the nurses fulfill their ambitions you are heaven sent Mr. Ray Gapuz, I don't care what others
would say about your review center so long as in my heart your are THE NO. 2 (second to the Lord, of course)!!!

Sir Ray, I took my NCLEX last december 19 and I got my results Jan 19...one month to be exact…just want to thank you because you’ve been a big part of my success in passing the NCLEX-RN in California. I was in the last batch of your students last December 2006..nag-compre and FC ako for NCLEX. I was even ur student in the local board last June 2006 that I also successfully passed. But let me share with you my different story in NCLEX…baka ako pa lang po kasi na student nyo ang ganito ang ngyari sa NCLEX..and I don’t encourage anyone to do the same thing I did. In all our review sessions you trained us to answer each questions within 30 seconds only pero I don’t know what happened to me during my exam na umabot po ako ng 2 minutes for each question kaya what happened…I run out of time. I stopped at 250 kaya alam ko na wala na ako pag-asa..kasi I’ve never heard any stories about NCLEX na meron pala nagrurun out of time na nakakapasa.. when I was at no. 210 I only had 20 minutes left kaya I knew di ko na talaga kaya matapos till 265..i was so exhausted na rin kasi halos 6 hours na ako nakaupo at nagiicip….pero sabi ko di ko naman pwede bilisan at e-click na lang agad ang sagot para lang umabot ng 265 kasi the more likely that I’ll fail..kaya what I did mas binagalan ko pa ang pagsagot kahit sobrang tense na ako kasi at the back of my mind I was already thinking n bagsak na talaga ako kasi di ko masasagot lahat…pero GOD is so good..di nya pala ako pinabayaan during those last 60 questions… And I think I will not be able to stay that long if not for all the concepts you taught us and the strategies you gave us…Iba ka talaga sir RAY..your heaven’s gift…Since our local boards sayo talaga ako madami natutunan na first time ko lang na-encounter..kaya here I am now US-RN na at take note sir CALIFORNIA un ha!!! Sana sir you don’t stop sharing and helping those aspiring nurses to fulfill there dreams to be an RN. In that way napakadami pong family’s ang natutulungan nyo..and I think it’s the mission that God has given you.

Just to inform you, I'm a Gapuz baby po, from local to CGFNS to NCLEX. And With God's help and with your help I've passed them all..

Ito young kwento ko s NCLEX, I've attended your NCLEX final coaching last July 2006. Sobrang nahihirapan me magcatch up non, kasi I have tried n mag attend sa ibang review center, pero di effective yong approach nila sa akin, that's why I'm seeking sa style ng pagtuturo niyo that time nagiging hopeless na ako, kasi ang bababa ng mga scores ko, kaya sobrang natatakot ako. But then, you said na tingnan muna young assessment test sa computer, bago isipin kung kailangan naming ipa-move yong exam. In God's will, I have passed your assessment exam sa computer and my evaluation is "ready to take NCLEX". Kaya I assume na kaya ko nang sumabak.

I took the California NCLEX last August 8, 2006 in HongKong, and nagshut down computer ko ng 75items. I took it for less than 2 hours.Maraming lumabas s prioritization, lumabas yong tregeminal neuralgia- yong about cotton swab ever2,yong 3 point gait-sa crutches, yong select all that applies ko, about wheezing-(asthma), pulmonary embolism,normal newborn assessment, tapos expected lab value ng may acute pancreatitis, yong precautions sa Vacomycin, MRSA, RVS lumabas yon sakin. At may na naencounter me na disorder na di ko talaga alam yon pong "DYSTHMIC DISORDER" eh they are asking a respond, e di po ba sabi niyo kung response and hinhanap open ended, eh tamang tama n may 2 closed ended at may 2 opened ended. Kaya pinagpilian ko yong 2 opened ended, at ang pinili ko yong "HOW DO YOU PERFORM YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES? I assume kasi na parang movement ang tinatanong, wala lang hula ko lang kasi naisip ko  yong word na "RHYTHMIC" Eh.. Importante ang mga strategies an technique on how to attack the questions. kasi puro correct ang mga tanong, you need to choice the best. Kaya di mo alam kung san ka lulugar.. Kaya technique-technique and kailangan, diva...

Buti na lang after a month September 8, 2006, I have receive my letter informing me that I have passed. Now I'm a California RN. I owe this all to God and to Sir Ray. Thank you for every inspiring word you offer.. Inspite all the allegations about you, I still believe in you, and I always advice my Co-RN that they should try you, para maisama sila s blessing ni God sa inyo... I know that people try to put you down, but God is with you because you according to his name, wala kayong inaapakan na tao. Don't worry sir, kasi ang mga inaapi pinagpapala ni Lord, hehehe.....

Ako po si RONNIE DE VERA ng LYCEUM NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY... taos puso po akong nagpapasalamat sa inyo sir ray.lubos po ang kagalakan ng aking mga magulang at kapatid sa aking pong pagkakapasa.medyo nakakalungkot lang at patuloy nila tayong kinakaladkad sa mga issues patungkol sa nagdaang nursing board exam.dahil lamang sa kanilang self centered interests ay nadadamay ang nakararami.but i also wish to convey my sincerest support to you and to your review center sir.the LORD ALMIGHTY would not allow them to win this battle.sir i always have faith in you.ako po at ang aking mga kaibigan ay lubos na nananalig at taimtim na nagdadasal na malalapampasan din natin ito sa lalong madaling panahon.

sir despite these issues ay ngpapasalamat ako sa Diyos at may mga taong nagtitiwala sa akin.ako po ngayon ay isang preceptor sa akin din pong Alma Mater.i am presently supervising 3rd and 4th year students sa kanilang clinical exposures.my track record sa college and my performance sa board exams is enough daw para i-hire ako.i am so thankful at in house review center namin kayo.the lectures during our sunday reviews helped us with our subjects in school.from then on gapuz babies na po kami till the very end.right now i am carrying on the mission to help future RN become a safe practicing nurse.i am incorporating everything that i have learned from you sir and from your highly competent reviewers.

i consider my experience sa inyo as something that i will forever cherrish.dahil po sa inpiring words ninyo, i was able to motivate myself to work hard and strive for the best.napaka heart warming po yong prayer ninyo nung final coaching... bigla pong nag flush ang pictures ng aking pamilya sa aking isip and i really cant help but shed a tear.it was such a humbling experience ang ultimately na i struck ako.

Hello SIR! I'm Jik Mahal Lajik F. Samain 33 years old. I was a reviewee of Gapuz Review Center wayback in 2004 for my Local Board Exam & 2005 for my CGFNS. I wasn't able to thank you personally but I have my own way of appreciating what you did to me. I got 83.80 for my local board & 460 pts. for my CGFNS.




I'm so proud to say that I'm a Gapuz baby everytime I got a chance to talk to any nursing students or graduate nurses as well, I share to them how you help me and the others in passing the exam without straining our minds & body.

Sir pinagtatanggol kita pagsinasabi nila na my leakage daw tayo. I explain to them na pag nakuha nila ang style mo like the prioritization, proper diet, proper positioning, normal values etc. Kahit paikut-ikutin pa ang tanong, di ka maliligaw. napatunayan ko yun, not once but twice.

Sir, I'm so happy to inform you that my application for NewYork has been approved and I'm scheduled for an interview at the U.S. Embassy on September. I hopefully i will be in NewYork together with my husband & 16 yrs. old daughter by October if God will allow, sabay sabay n kami, I'm under Sentosa Recruitment Agency which like RAGRC got involve in controversy 2 month ago.

Talagang pag mabunga ang puno, binabato, a lot of people loves you and we do believe in you they can't put a good man down, you're truly an angel in disguise.

Hello, thanks so much for the inputs and the strategies. i took and passed the exams last Feb 15 here in New Jersey. had 2 questions asking about explosive personality and viral loading in HIV. Innovative questions on signs of hypermagnesemia and hypocalcemia. a lot on ethical issues and legalities, aging, infection control, TB, and meds for erectile dysfunction which i havent encountered my whole life. hehe.thanks and more power.-Rosario Mapa

Dear sir Ray, hello, I reviewed NCLEX with last year and im happy to announce i just got my results today and i passed the NCLEX!! i just wanna thank you, coz the notes on the lectures you made and all the drills we were subjected to each day during the reviews, really helped! when i went to HK, i have all the notes, books, and the drills, but i read the notes on the morning of the exam, and it helped refresh my memory even more. the first question that came out, i know the answer right away...then its a mixture of everything, a question came down about multiple myeloma and its complication, and another about thyroidectomy and i know the answer right away. the exam seem so easy!! my PC stopped at 75 great! and i was so confident and feeling happy after i stepped out of the exam room, coz i know i did well. well thats all. i just wanna say keep up the good work, and more power. yung mga naninira, mga wala lang magawa yang mga yan, theyre just jealous!! coz i did local board review with u also and its great. so i chose to review NCLEX with u also and now i passed!! so thanks....!! god bless!! goodluck to the new batch of nurses ur reviewing for NCLEX this time!
